This public open space project forms part of the larger Loftus Park Development and is located adjacent to the legendary Loftus Versfeld Rugby Stadium. It is a 11600m² development that includes public realm landscape planning and design and is comprised of a vibrant piazza, private courtyards and roof terrace to the value of R15,5 million.

The design is centred around a multifunctional pedestrian piazza built upon a podium. This multi-functional space accommodates visitors attending large outdoor events and also more intimate events such as shows. A playful, interactive water feature provides a focal point and animates the space on quieter days with soft landscaping defining and enclosing the space to create a sense of scale and intimacy without impeding movement or visibility to the shops edging the space.
